Mr Donnachie has provided medico-legal reports on Personal Injury claims since 1994. This work has been both for the Plaintiff and the Defendant. He Continues to regularly undertake medico-legal work and prepare reports in relation to claims for:
Road traffic accidents
Industrial injuries
Personal injury, including slips, trips and falls
Repetitive strain injury
Mr Donnachie's current ratio of work is 70% claimant, 25% defendant, 5% joint report.
clinical negligence
Mr Donnachie regularly undertakes clinical negligence work and has a special interest in claims relating to failed metal on metal hip replacements and Adverse Reaction to Metal Debris (ARMD).

The current waiting time for an appointment is four weeks. Reports are completed within 2 weeks of the appointment date, providing all relevant medical records have been made available prior to the appointment. Clients are seen for consultation and examination at:
